A Tribute to Comedy

With all of due respect to any or all comedians everywhere, the greatest comedians in recent history are not along with us, aside from Jerry Lewis as of this writing. Comedy today is different than it had been yesteryear. Many comedians today ought to stretch to date they will use language that should not be used in public. Yesterday's comedians did not have to turn to that, these folks were just naturally funny. Ahead of the advance of film and radio, there are probably comedians which are laugh your head off funny, but we cannot learn about. While they were in silent films, we realize that Charlie Chaplin, Harold Lloyd, Roscoe "Fatty "Arbuckle, and Buster Keaton were the top comedians of these day. We can easily watch many of the old films and laugh because it was funny. Comedy

We owe it to ourselves and generations to come to help keep the laughter alive, plus the memories with the funniest from the funniest. Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin were the superior entertainers during the day when they had people to fall out with their chairs. And speaking of Martin and Lewis, what actually transpired to everyone in the great comedy teams? Unfortunately, there aren't any more comedy teams around. The first choice for hope and wish that parents all over america are telling their kids about Abbott and Costello. All the young baseball players should a minimum of be familiar with "Who's on First?" The Three Stooges will not walk out style. Does anyone can remember the Curly shuffle? (Please Google this right this moment, and that i dare explore to experience a wide smile.) When I was becoming an adult, everyone knew who Laurel and Hardy were, but they were before my own time. The amount of customers be familiar with this classic comedy team, and the other fine mess they got into. Watch them on-line, they are hysterical.

Wheeler and Woolsey were another comedy team, not as well known, but worth many laughs. The Marx Brothers were a comedy team that was unique, around these folks were funny. Harpo was one of the funniest people ever, rather than spoke anything. He was obviously a simpleton who seemed brilliant. Groucho is often a character who I think won't ever go out of style. Together, these folks were amazing. Burns and Allen weren't simply a great comedy team; these folks were another loving married couple. George Burns and Gracie Allen might not share exactly the same last name, nevertheless they shared a real love for each other which is legendary. Lucy and Ricky were the married couple we loved to look at on I really like Lucy, but Lucy and Ethel were the comedy duo which in fact had the laugh meter sounding the charts. Having said that, Lucille Ball is, and always would be the funniest female comedian in recent history.

There are many who make us laugh, and here are several more: Milton Berle, Red Skelton, Woody Allen, and Bob Hope. For most folks, the miscroscopic Rascals would have been a part of our childhood. Most of the people have no idea of it's filmed for a passing fancy studio lot as Laurel and Hardy. I still love watching the old "Blondie" movies. Joe E. Brown had a great title for his autobiography, Laughter is a marvellous Thing." Comedy
